Last November, Team EF Education-Nippo and Cannondale announced they would award three-year grants to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) and Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCU), to help the schools establish cycling clubs and varsity programs for their students.
On October 20, the grant recipients were announced: the Institute of American Indian Arts, Johnson C. Smith University, and Navajo Technical University.
